Hi,
We’re really glad you asked what that peculiar charge from tmpresale.com is – here you’ll find a short explanation of how you can have that charged removed and exactly who to email at TMPresale.com to get a refund ASAP, if that’s what you want to do.
Have you got a strange charge from TMPRESALE on your bill statement?
TMPresale.com and TMPRESALE are just two of the ways credit card companies might display a charge from our website, I’ve see the charge come from TMPRESALE.COM all in uppercase, I’ve seen it appear as all lowercase too, so how it shows up on your statement depends between Visa and Mastercard and American Express.
So what’s whats the TMpresale charge for?
Some time ago, perhaps a week or maybe a few months you became a member on TMPresale.com – we organize and publish presale codes and passwords for early access to tickets, a much longer FAQ is available here.
Your membership was either a temporary membership or a membership that offers continuing access and renews at regular terms we offer both.
If you wish to cancel your membership you may do so at any time there is a contact form located here, or you can email us (this is preferred because if the messages comes from the email associated with your account we can quickly cancel your membership without any further questions).
If you wish to request a full refund for any payment made in the last 60 days you may do so, again by sending an email to wiseguy@tmpresale.com or by using this contact form.
Should I dispute the charge from TMPresale?
We’d rather just give you a refund, all you have to do is ask 🙂
Most refunds are processed the same day they are requested. Credits should appear on your next statement.
What if I still want to dispute these payments?
While it takes a great deal of time and energy to look up all the access logs that show you did in fact browse our site, navigated through specific events, found an offer page, joined, used your credit card, were sent several emails…
We will defend against chargebacks and disputes using all measures at our disposal, this is in keeping with our privacy policy and terms of use.
So please don’t open a dispute, just ask for a refund, it works *really* well.

PS: The charge on my bill doesn’t say TMPRESALE it says presalepasswordinfo, presalepassword.net, ticketsonsalelist, presale.codes, presalepassword.club, ticketmaster, livenation, paciolin, evenue.net or some other company, is that you guys?
TMPresale, TMPresale.COM, TMPRESALECOM -> That’s us, we can’t speak for other sites and services.
