Our policy is to refund any payment within 60 days from the data of purchase or most recent subscription payment.
If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Since most of our products are digital there is no packaging 😀
Email email@example.com from your account email address and we will take all steps to ensure you are refunded as quickly as possible – your payment will be returned via the same method that it was taken: If you paid via PayPal the transaction(s) will be refunded, if you paid via a Credit Card your account will be credited back to the same card.

Please do NOT contact your credit card company to dispute the charge – chargebacks are expensive for merchants and we would much rather give you a refund than fight with your bank to prove that you did in fact sign up with us.. so ask for a refund and you’ll get one.
