If you want to get tickets during a presale or even tickets during a public-onsale for a popular concert you might want to dig out that old ipad, spare iPhone or whichever spare laptop you may have and put it to good use as a second or third screen as you're buying your tickets. You might be asking: Why spend the extra time? Is it worth the trouble to see Phish? That's easy: it is the aggravating Queue-it virtual waiting room. By having multiple screens waiting" in the virtual queue you get an improved chance to unlock tickets earlier and possibly get access to closer tickets. To really put this system to work, you should have two or three different Ticketmaster accounts ready to go and get them logged-in on each of your devices. As an alternative, you may also login until after you get through the virtual waiting room. One small warning: Do not login to the same account on several different devices and join the queue on each one - you could get booted out from several of your devices.
