If you plan on ordering presale tickets or any tickets for that matter for a hot concert you might want to dig out that old ipad, old windows phone or whatever internet enabled device that is gathering dust and put it to good use as your second or even third screen for when you're purchasing tickets.
So some will ask: Why do the extra work? Is it worth the extra effort to see Chicago?
Simple: it is the aggravating queue-it system.
So, by using a few different devices "lined up"" in the queue-it ticket queue you get a better chance to purchase tickets earlier and maybe get access to better seats.
To really put this strategy to work, you ideally should have several different ticketmaster accounts already registered and get them fully logged in on each of your extra devices.
Another thing to consider, you can also login with your account until after you’ve gotten through the virtual waiting room.
One little warning: Don't log in to the same account on multiple different devices and join the queue on each one - you could get removed from several of the devices. We have had some mixed reports about this, we believe it's good to be very cautious about this sort of thing, so either you setup the extra accounts or login after you have made it through the virtual queue.
