If you want to buy tickets during a pre-sale or any tickets for that matter for a a really really popular event you might want to dig out that old Windows tablet, old windows phone or whichever smart device you may have and put it back into service as a second or even third screen when you're ordering your tickets. Why go through the hassle? Is it worth the trouble to see Boa? It's obvious: it's the infuriating virtual waiting room. So, by having several screens "line up"" in the queue-it ticket queue you get a significantly higher chance to access tickets sooner and maybe get access to closer seat locations.
