When you plan on ordering presale tickets or even tickets during a public-onsale for a concert with strong demand you might want to dig out that old ipad, extra iPhone or whatever smart device you've got in storage and put it to some good use as a second or even third screen as you're buying your tickets. You might be asking: Why go through the hassle? Is it worth the trouble to see SISTRA? That's basic: that's the dreaded "Virtual waiting room". Basically by having a few different devices "lined up"" in the queue-it ticket queue you get a significantly higher chance to unlock tickets earlier and maybe get access to closer seating locations. To really put this system to work, you ideally should have 2 or 3 different Ticketmaster accounts ready to go and get them logged-in on each of your spare screens. Another thing to consider, you may also login to your account until after you get through the virtual waiting room. Caution: Don't login to the same account on 3+ different devices and join the queue on each one - you might get kicked from several of your devices. We've had some conflicting reports about this, we believe it is better to be cautious, so either make a few extra accounts or login after you have gotten through the virtual waiting room.
