If you plan on ordering presale tickets or tickets in general for a a really really popular event you might want to dig out that old ipad, old iPhone or whichever smart device you may have lying around and put it to good use as your second or even third screen when you are ordering your tickets.
Why do the extra work? Is it worth the trouble to see Architects?
It's obvious: that's the patience testing virtual waiting room.
Basically by using multiple screens "lined up"" in the virtual waiting room you get a better chance to buy tickets earlier and maybe get access to better seats.
To really put this strategy to work for you, you ideally should have several separate Ticketmaster accounts already registered and get them fully logged in on each of your devices.
Another strategy is to access your account right after you are fully through the virtual waiting room and can select seats or are shown specific seating that you can buy.
Caution: Don't login to the same account on 3+ different devices and join the queue on each one - you could get booted out from several of the devices.
