When you want to get tickets during a presale or even tickets during a public-onsale for a hot concert you might want to dig out that old Windows tablet, extra android phone or whichever internet enabled device you may have and put it to good use as a second or third screen when you are purchasing your tickets. Why do extra work? Is it worth the extra effort to see +LIVE+? That's elementary: that is the infuriating "Virtual waiting room". Basically by having multiple devices "line up"" in the virtual waiting room you get a significantly higher chance to unlock tickets sooner and maybe get access to better seating. To really put this method to work, you should have 2 or 3 separate ticketmaster accounts ready to use and get them logged-in on each device. Another option is to access your ticketmaster account right after you are fully through the virtual waiting room and can select tickets or are shown specific tickets that you can order. One tiny warning: Do not login to the same account on 2+ devices and join the queue on each one - you could get kicked from several of your devices. We have had some mixed reports about getting removed from the queue, we believe it is better to be safe than sorry, so either you create the extra accounts or login after you have selected tickets.
