If you want to get presale tickets or even tickets during a public-onsale for a concert with strong demand you might want to dig out that old ipad, spare android phone or whichever spare laptop you've got in storage and put it to work as your second or third screen when you're ordering tickets.
Why invest the extra time? Is it really worth it for Fitz and The Tantrums tickets?
Simple: that is the infinitely annoying virtual queue.
Basically by having multiple screens "line up"" in the queue-it ticket queue you get an improved chance to buy tickets sooner and maybe get access to closer seating.
To really put this idea to work for you, you should have two or three different ticketmaster accounts ready to use and get them logged-in on each of your screens.
As an alternative, you can also wait to login to your account until after you get through the virtual queue.
Be careful: Do not login to the same account on multiple different devices and join the waiting room on each one - you might get kicked from several of the devices. We've had some mixed reports about getting removed from the waiting room, we think it is better to be cautious, so either create the extra accounts or login after you've selected tickets.
