If ya'll plan to order presale tickets or any tickets for that matter for a hot concert you might want to dig out that old ipad, spare windows phone or whatever smart device that is gathering dust and put it to good use as a second or even third screen when you're purchasing your tickets. So some will ask: Why take the extra steps? Is it worth the trouble to see Thorn? That's easy: that's the infuriating "Virtual waiting room". By having a few different devices "lined up"" in the virtual waiting room you get a better chance to access tickets sooner and potentially get access to better seating locations. To really put this idea to work, you ideally should have enough different ticketmaster accounts ready to go and get them fully logged in on each of your spare screens. Alternatively, you can also wait to login to your account until after you finish waiting in the virtual waiting room. Caution: Don't login to the same account on multiple different devices and join the queue on each one - you might get removed from several of the devices. We've had some mixed reports about getting removed from the line, we believe it's good to be very cautious about this, so either you make a few extra accounts or login after you have made it through the added your seats.
