When you want to get tickets or even tickets during a public-onsale for a concert with strong demand you might want to dig out that old Windows tablet, extra android phone or whichever old laptop you may have lying around and put it to some good use as a second or third screen when you're ordering tickets. Why bother with this? Is it worth it for Pepper tickets? That's basic: that is the annoying virtual waiting room. Basically by having multiple different devices "lined up"" in the virtual queue you get an improved chance to access tickets sooner and potentially get access to closer seat locations.
