If you plan to order presale tickets or tickets in general for a a really really popular event you might want to dig out that old ipad, old windows phone or whatever internet enabled device that is gathering dust and put it to good use as your second or third screen for when you're buying tickets. Why do this? Is it worth the trouble to see Wisp? That's elementary: that's the patience testing virtual waiting room. Essentially having a few screens waiting" in the queue-it ticket queue you get a higher chance to access tickets sooner and possibly get access to better seating locations. To really put this process to work, you ideally should have enough different Ticketmaster accounts pre-registered and get them logged-in on each device. Another idea is to access your ticketmaster account once you complete the virtual waiting room and can select tickets or are shown specific seating that you can buy. A friendly warning: Do not log in to the same account on several different devices and join the waiting room on each one - you could get kicked from several of the devices. We've had some mixed reports about this, we believe it's good to be very cautious about this, so either create the extra accounts or login after you have selected tickets.
