If you want to get presale tickets or even tickets during a public-onsale for a hot concert you might want to dig out that old Windows tablet, extra android phone or whichever spare laptop you may have lying around and put it to some good use as a second or even third screen for when you are ordering your tickets. Why spend the extra time? Is it worth the extra effort to see Format? That's easy: it's the annoying "Virtual waiting room". Essentially having several different devices all waiting" in the queue-it ticket queue you get a better chance to access tickets earlier and potentially get access to closer seat locations. To really put this technique to work, you ideally should have 2 or 3 different ticketmaster accounts ready to go and get them logged-in on each of your spare screens. Another strategy is to login to your ticketmaster account after you’re through the virtual queue and can select seats or are shown specific seating that you can order. Be careful: Do not log in to the same account on 3+ devices and join the line on each one - you might get booted out from several of your devices. We have had some mixed reports about this, we believe it is better to be cautious, so either create the extra accounts or login after you've selected tickets.
