If you want to buy presale tickets or even tickets during a public-onsale for a concert with strong demand you might want to dig out that old Android tablet, spare iphone or whichever spare laptop that is gathering dust and put it to some good use as a second or third screen when you are purchasing tickets. Why invest the extra time? Is it worth the extra effort to see ASTN: What If This Tour...? Easy: that is the bothersome "Virtual waiting room". Basically by having multiple devices "line up"" in the queue-it ticket queue you get a better chance to purchase tickets earlier and possibly get access to closer seating.
