If ya'll plan to order presale tickets or even tickets during a public-onsale for a a really really popular event you might want to dig out that old Windows tablet, extra android phone or whatever smart device that is gathering dust and put it to work as a second or third screen for when you're ordering tickets.
Why bother with this? Is it worth the trouble to see KEM?
That's elementary: that is the dreaded queue-it waiting room.
So, by using a few screens waiting" in the virtual queue you get a significantly higher chance to purchase tickets sooner and maybe get access to closer seating locations.
To really put this method to work for you, you ought to have 2 or 3 separate ticketmaster accounts ready to go and get them logged in on each of your devices.
Another strategy is to access your ticketmaster account once you complete the virtual waiting line and can select tickets or are shown specific seating that you can purchase.
A friendly reminder: Don't log in to the same account on multiple different devices and join the queue on each one - you could get removed from several of your devices. We've heard some conflicting reports about getting removed from the queue, we believe it is better to be safe than sorry, so either create a few extra accounts or login after you have selected tickets.
