If you are wanting to buy presale tickets or any tickets for that matter for a hot concert you might want to dig out that old iPad, old android phone or whichever old laptop you may have lying around and put it to good use as a second or even third screen when you're purchasing your tickets.
So some will ask: Why do extra work? Is it worth the trouble to see PlayStation: The Concert?
Easy: that's the annoying virtual queue.
Essentially having several different devices waiting" in the virtual queue you get a better chance to buy tickets earlier and possibly get access to closer seating.
To really put this strategy to work, you should already have enough separate Ticketmaster accounts ready to go and get them logged in on each of your extra devices.
Another option is to access your ticketmaster account right after you are fully through the virtual queue and can select tickets or are shown specific seating that you can order.
Fair warning: Do not log in to the same account on several different devices and join the queue on each one - you could get kicked from several of the devices. We have heard some conflicting reports about getting removed from the waiting room, we think it is better to be cautious, so either you setup a few extra accounts or login after you've selected tickets.
