If you plan to order tickets during a presale or tickets as they go on-sale to the public for a popular show you might want to dig out that old ipad, extra windows phone or whatever smart device you may have and put it back into service as a second or third screen when you are buying tickets. We have had some mixed reports about getting removed from the queue, we believe it is better to be cautious, so either you setup a few extra accounts or login after you've gotten through the virtual waiting room.
