When you want to buy presale tickets or even tickets during a public-onsale for a popular show you might want to dig out that old Windows tablet, extra iphone or whatever internet enabled device you've got in storage and put it back into service as a second or third screen as you are buying tickets. So some will ask: Why bother with this? Is it worth the extra effort to see Thing? That's elementary: that is the dreaded Queue-it waiting room. Basically by using several different devices "line up"" in the virtual waiting room you get a better chance to access tickets sooner and maybe get access to closer seats. To really put this technique to work for you, you ideally should have enough different ticketmaster accounts ready to go and get them logged-in on each of your devices. As an alternative, you can also wait to login to your account until after you’ve passed through the virtual waiting room. Caution: Do not log in to the same account on several different devices and join the queue on each one - you could get booted out from several of the devices. We have had some mixed reports about this, we believe it's good to be very careful about this, so either create a few extra accounts or login after you have selected tickets.
