If you want to buy tickets during a presale or even tickets during a public-onsale for a hot concert you might want to dig out that old android tablet, extra iPhone or whatever spare laptop you've got in storage and put it back into service as a second or third screen for when you're purchasing your tickets.
So Why invest the extra time? Is it really worth it for Whitechapel tickets?
Simple: that's the feared "Virtual waiting room".
By having several devices all waiting" in the virtual waiting room you get a higher chance to buy tickets sooner and maybe get access to closer tickets.
To really put this process to work for you, you should already have 2 or 3 separate ticketmaster accounts ready to go and get them logged in on each of your spare screens.
Another idea is to get in to your ticketmaster account once you complete the virtual queue and can select seats or are shown specific seats that you can order.
Fair warning: Don't login to the same account on 2+ devices and join the queue on each one - you might get removed from several of the devices. We've heard some conflicting reports about this, we believe it is better to be safe than sorry, so either create the extra accounts or login after you've selected tickets.
