If you intend on purchasing tickets or tickets as they go on-sale to the public for a concert with strong demand you might want to dig out that old iPad, old windows phone or whichever internet enabled device you may have and put it back into service as a second or even third screen as you're ordering your tickets.
Why get multiple devices? Is it really worth it for Head Automatica pre-sale tickets?
That's elementary: that's the infuriating "Virtual waiting room".
So, by using a few screens all waiting" in the virtual queue you get a better chance to buy tickets earlier and maybe get access to closer seats.
To really put this system to work, you ought to have 2 or 3 different ticketmaster accounts ready to use and get them fully logged in on each of your extra devices.
Alternatively, you can also wait to login to your account until after you’ve gotten through the virtual queue.
A friendly warning: Don't login to the same account on 3+ devices and join the queue on each one - you might get removed from several of the devices. We've had some conflicting reports about this, we think it is better to be cautious, so either setup a few extra accounts or login after you have gotten through the virtual waiting room.
