If you want to buy tickets during a presale or tickets in general for a hot concert you might want to dig out that old Windows tablet, spare iphone or whichever smart device that is gathering dust and put it to some good use as a second or even third screen as you're purchasing tickets.
Why do this? Is it really worth it for WILLIS tickets?
That's elementary: that's the pesky "Virtual waiting room".
Essentially using several different devices "line up"" in the virtual queue you get an improved chance to buy tickets earlier and potentially get access to closer seating.
To really put this process to work, you should have 2 or 3 separate ticketmaster accounts ready to use and get them fully logged in on each of your spare screens.
Another strategy is to access your account after you are fully through the virtual waiting room and can select seats or are shown specific tickets that you can purchase.
Fair warning: Don't login to the same account on 3+ different devices and join the waiting room on each one - you could get kicked from several of the devices. We have had some mixed reports about this, we think it is better to be cautious, so either make the extra accounts or login after you have selected tickets.
