If you intend on purchasing tickets or even tickets during a public-onsale for a popular show you might want to dig out that old ipad, spare iphone or whatever spare laptop you've got in storage and put it to work as a second or third screen as you are ordering your tickets. So Why do the extra work? Is it worth it for Thorn tickets? That's simple: that is the dreaded "Virtual waiting room". Basically by using a few different devices "lined up"" in the virtual waiting room you get a higher chance to purchase tickets sooner and maybe get access to closer seat locations. To really put this technique to work, you should already have enough different Ticketmaster accounts ready to use and get them logged-in on each of your extra devices. Another method is to get in to your account after you complete the virtual waiting room and can select seats or are shown specific seating that you can order. Be careful: Don't login to the same account on 2+ devices and join the waiting room on each one - you could get booted out from several of your devices. We've had some conflicting reports about this, we believe it is better to be safe than sorry, so either create a few extra accounts or login after you've gotten through the virtual waiting room.
