If you plan on ordering presale tickets or any tickets for that matter for a popular concert you might want to dig out that old iPad, spare windows phone or whatever smart device you've got in storage and put it to good use as a second or third screen as you are ordering tickets. Why do this? Is it worth the trouble to see Benjamin Tod? That's elementary: it is the annoying "Virtual waiting room".
