When you intend on purchasing tickets or even tickets during a public-onsale for a hot concert you might want to dig out that old Windows tablet, spare windows phone or whatever smart device you have and put it to some good use as a second or third screen when you are purchasing your tickets. Why take the extra steps? Is it really worth it for Briscoe tickets? Easy: it's the infinitely annoying "Virtual waiting room". Essentially having several screens "lined up"" in the virtual queue you get an improved chance to buy tickets earlier and potentially get access to closer tickets.
