If you are wanting to buy tickets during a presale or tickets as they go on-sale to the public for a a really really popular event you might want to dig out that old ipad, extra iPhone or whatever smart device you may have lying around and put it back into service as a second or even third screen for when you're buying your tickets. Why take the extra steps? Is it worth the extra effort to see Scott Bradlee's Postmodern Jukebox - Magic, Moonlight & Mistletoe Tour? That's basic: that's the disturbing virtual waiting room. By using several devices "line up"" in the virtual queue you get a better chance to purchase tickets sooner and possibly get access to better seating locations. To really put this system to work, you ought to have 2 or 3 different ticketmaster accounts pre-registered and get them fully logged in on each of your spare screens. Another way is to access your ticketmaster account once you are fully through the virtual queue and can select seats or are shown specific seats that you can buy. Fair warning: Do not log in to the same account on several different devices and join the waiting room on each one - you could get kicked from several of the devices. We've had some conflicting reports about this, we think it's good to be very careful about this, so either you create a few extra accounts or login after you've made it through the waiting room.
