If you plan on ordering tickets during a presale or tickets in general for a popular concert you might want to dig out that old android tablet, extra iPhone or whatever smart device you've got in storage and put it to good use as a second or third screen when you're ordering tickets. So some will ask: Why spend the extra time? Is it really worth it for STVW tickets? That's basic: it's the dreaded "Virtual waiting room". So, by having a few screens "line up"" in the virtual waiting room you get a better chance to buy tickets sooner and possibly get access to better seating. Another thing to consider, you can also login to your account until after you pass through the virtual waiting room. We have had some mixed reports about this, we think it is better to be cautious, so either setup a few extra accounts or login after you have gotten through the virtual waiting room.
