If ya'll are planning on buying presale tickets or even tickets during a public-onsale for a concert with strong demand you might want to dig out that old ipad, extra iphone or whatever smart device you have and put it to good use as your second or third screen when you are buying tickets. You might be asking: Why do extra work? Is it worth the trouble to see Big Thief? Simple: that is the patience testing "Virtual waiting room". By having several devices "lined up"" in the virtual waiting room you get a better chance to buy tickets earlier and possibly get access to better seat locations. To really put this process to work, you ideally should have two or three separate Ticketmaster accounts ready to go and get them logged in on each of your extra devices. Another strategy is to get in to your ticketmaster account right after you’re through the virtual waiting room and can select tickets or are shown specific seating that you can order. Just be careful: Don't log in to the same account on multiple devices and join the queue on each one - you could get booted out from several of the devices. We have heard some mixed reports about getting removed from the queue, we think it is better to be safe than sorry, so either make the extra accounts or login after you've gotten through the virtual waiting room.
