When you want to order tickets during a pre-sale or even tickets during a public-onsale for a a really really popular event you might want to dig out that old Windows tablet, spare iPhone or whatever smart device you may have lying around and put it to some good use as a second or even third screen for when you are buying tickets.
Why do this? Is it worth the trouble to see Rocco?
That's basic: that's the aggravating "Virtual waiting room".
Essentially having multiple screens all waiting" in the virtual waiting room you get a better chance to unlock tickets earlier and possibly get access to closer seat locations.
