If you plan on ordering presale tickets or any tickets for that matter for a hot concert you might want to dig out that old Windows tablet, old iPhone or whatever internet enabled device you may have lying around and put it to some good use as a second or even third screen when you are buying your tickets.
So some will ask: Why bother with this? Is it worth it for Chicago pre-sale tickets?
That's elementary: that is the dreaded queue-it system.
By using several screens "line up"" in the queue-it ticket queue you get a better chance to buy tickets sooner and potentially get access to closer seating.
To really put this technique to work for you, you should already have 2 or 3 separate ticketmaster accounts ready to use and get them fully logged in on each of your spare screens.
Another way is to sign in to your ticketmaster account right after you are fully through the virtual waiting room and can select tickets or are shown specific seats that you can purchase.
One warning: Do not log in to the same account on 2+ different devices and join the line on each one - you could get booted out from several of the devices. We have had some mixed reports about getting removed from the queue, we think it's good to be very cautious about this sort of thing, so either you make a few extra accounts or login after you've selected tickets.
