If you intend on purchasing presale tickets or any tickets for that matter for a popular tour you might want to dig out that old ipad, extra iphone or whatever smart device you may have lying around and put it to some good use as your second or even third screen when you are purchasing your tickets. You might be asking: Why go through the hassle? Is it worth the trouble to see BASIC? It's simple: that's the irritating Queue-it virtual waiting room. By using several devices waiting" in the virtual waiting room you get an improved chance to buy tickets sooner and maybe get access to closer seating. To really put this method to work, you should have several different Ticketmaster accounts already registered and get them fully logged in on each of your extra devices. Another method is to get in to your account after you are fully through the virtual queue and can select tickets or are shown specific tickets that you can buy. Be careful: Do not log in to the same account on multiple different devices and join the waiting room on each one - you could get kicked from several of your devices. We have heard some conflicting reports about this, we think it is better to be safe than sorry, so either setup the extra accounts or login after you have gotten through the virtual waiting room.
