If ya'll intend on purchasing tickets or even tickets during a public-onsale for a popular concert you might want to dig out that old iPad, extra windows phone or whatever internet enabled device you've got in storage and put it to work as your second or third screen for when you are buying your tickets.
You might be asking: Why take the extra steps? Is it worth the extra effort to see Citizen?
It's simple: it is the patience testing Queue-it system.
Essentially having multiple devices "lined up"" in the virtual queue you get a better chance to access tickets earlier and maybe get access to closer seating.
To really put this idea to work, you ought to have several different Ticketmaster accounts already registered and get them logged in on each device.
Another idea is to access your ticketmaster account after you complete the virtual queue and can select seats or are shown specific seating that you can order.
A friendly warning: Do not log in to the same account on 3+ devices and join the line on each one - you might get booted out from several of your devices. We have heard some conflicting reports about getting removed from the queue, we think it is better to be safe than sorry, so either create the extra accounts or login after you have made it through the bought tickets.
