If you intend on purchasing presale tickets or tickets as they go on-sale to the public for a concert with strong demand you might want to dig out that old android tablet, spare android phone or whatever smart device you've got in storage and put it to good use as a second or third screen when you are buying tickets.
So Why get multiple devices? Is it really worth it for Garden presale tickets?
That's basic: it's the bothersome virtual queue.
So, by having a few different devices "line up"" in the virtual waiting room you get a higher chance to purchase tickets earlier and potentially get access to better seating.
To really put this strategy to work for you, you should have two or three separate Ticketmaster accounts ready to go and get them fully logged in on each of your devices.
One more option, you may also login to your account until after you’ve gotten through the virtual queue.
Just be careful: Don't login to the same account on 2+ different devices and join the queue on each one - you might get booted out from several of your devices. We have heard some mixed reports about getting removed from the line, we believe it's good to be very cautious about this, so either setup the extra accounts or login after you've made it through the queue.
