If you plan on ordering presale tickets or any tickets for that matter for a concert with strong demand you might want to dig out that old ipad, extra windows phone or whatever smart device you've got in storage and put it back into service as your second or third screen for when you're purchasing tickets.
You might be asking: Why do extra work? Is it worth it for Moss tickets?
That's elementary: it's the feared "Virtual waiting room".
Basically by using several different devices "lined up"" in the virtual waiting room you get a better chance to unlock tickets earlier and maybe get access to better seat locations.
To really put this strategy to work for you, you should have 2 or 3 different Ticketmaster accounts pre-registered and get them logged-in on each of your devices.
As an alternative, you may also login with your account until after you get through the virtual queue.
Fair warning: Do not log in to the same account on several different devices and join the line on each one - you might get removed from several of the devices.
